Is precast concrete fence a cheap fence?

The prefabricated concrete fence is cheap. Comparisons with other fences:

• A wooden fence with a concrete base takes 15-25 working days to construct with a team of 3-4 people. Wood is a perishable material that requires periodic maintenance with high costs (paint, repairs, replacements, labor). It is very sensitive to freeze-thaw cycles that permanently weaken it, with an inevitable result: wood rotting.
• A brick fence is very expensive in terms of materials. Basically, you can build a house from the amount of bricks needed. The construction time is very long, over 30 working days, and the labor is very expensive. The inherent cracks that appear in its rigid structure due to expansion/contraction will deepen with the help of rain. This turns into a financial nightmare for the owner. In addition, its weight requires a foundation similar to that of a house.
• The fence made of mesh or metal elements does not provide any protection against burglary, it does not ensure the privacy of the property. The price of iron is very high, on top of which you can add the periodic painting costs.
